Communications: messages sent through the platform, support tickets, and feedback submitted.

Your data is stored on servers in India and/or Japan (AWS ap-northeast-1) via Supabase. We use:
- Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
- Row-level security policies ensuring each user can only access their own data.
- Access controls limiting staff access to data on a need-to-know basis.
7. Data Retention
- Account data: retained for the lifetime of your account plus 3 years after closure (required for GST and financial record-keeping).
- Order and payment data: 7 years (statutory tax requirement).
- Usage logs: 90 days.

You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion — request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations).
