Terms of Service

AnimStok is a B2B procurement platform that connects licensed meat suppliers with food & beverage businesses (restaurants, cloud kitchens, hotels, caterers) across India. By accessing or using AnimStok, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

You must be a registered business entity in India to use AnimStok as a buyer or supplier. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your business.
• Your business holds all licences required to purchase or sell meat products (including FSSAI registration).
• You are at least 18 years of age.

AnimStok acts as a technology intermediary. We facilitate connections and transactions between buyers and suppliers but are not a party to the underlying sale contract. Title to goods passes directly from supplier to buyer. AnimStok does not take ownership or custody of any goods.

Suppliers agree to:

• Maintain accurate product listings, prices, and stock availability.
• Fulfil accepted orders within the agreed delivery window.
• Comply with all applicable food safety, weight and measures, and GST regulations.
• Not accept orders they cannot fulfil.

Buyers agree to:

• Pay for all accepted and delivered orders within the agreed credit period.
• Inspect goods upon delivery and raise disputes within 2 hours of receipt.
• Not misuse platform features to obtain goods without payment intent.

All platform content, design, software, and trademarks are owned by AnimStok. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.

You may not use AnimStok to:

• Engage in fraudulent transactions or misrepresent your identity or business.
• List or purchase products that are unlicensed, adulterated, or prohibited under Indian law.
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees or payment obligations.
• Conduct automated scraping or abuse of platform APIs.

AnimStok reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any activity that harms the platform or other users, with or without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnimStok's total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees paid by you to AnimStok in the 30 days preceding the claim. AnimStok is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
